Falta de calidad y calidez humana
Corresponsalía del Consumidor. Esta semana uno de nuestros colaboradores adquirió una
copiadora que al parecer sería la
respuesta y solución a grandes problemas de operación administrativa de uno de
los diarios de circulación local y regional de Cholula en Puebla, México, pero
resultó ser todo lo contrario. En el mejor de los esfuerzos del personal
que amablemente atendió la solicitud de compra, jamás mención
lo difícil que sería una garantía o una devolución del producto por no tener
las características de calidad o del servicio ofrecido.
Desde el 16 de abril se hizo la
compra en un HP Store en el Triangulo de las Animas, 39 PTE 3515, Puebla,
Puebla, México. Y se regresó el 19 del
mismo mes y año que transcurre con la
orden folio 0000000716 impresora
OFFICEJET 7610 WIDE PRODUCTO CR769A, se solicitó devolución por que el equipo
no cumple con lo que “según hace y describe
en las especificaciones”. Como tardaron
mucho en devolver el el dinero
pagado, se optó por que se hiciera el cambio físico del equipo y es hora de que
no existe ni dinero ni equipo cambiado y nuevo para “el cliente”, por lo
que n oes posible que exista, primero un
lento servicio de garantías y
devoluciones, toda vez que implica que si hay muchos servicios es que no hay
control de calidad en HP México y sobre todo no buscan el mejorar el factor
humano de captar clientes por su servicio y no por los equipos.
Si hay mucha demanda en control de
servicio y garantías es que los equipos son malos o de mala calidad y eso no
puede permitirse en México, mucho menos a los miles de usuarios que se quejan
en el portal facebook de HP México y que
constantemente son borrados.
Se solicita la urgente intervención de PROFECO Puebla por ser la
instancia cercana a la venta del producto y prestación de servicios a Jesús Carlos Hernández Hernández Delegado de la Procuraduría
del Consumidor en Puebla.
